We deliver all our furniture via the Zadbano transport company.
Typically, deliveries are made by a two-person team on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. One hour before delivery, the driver contacts the customer by phone.
We offer two service standards:
1. Delivery without deposit - delivery of packages in front of the property in the case of single-family houses or at the entrance to the staircase in blocks of flats and multi-family buildings.
2. Comfortable delivery with drop-off - the service includes dropping off parcels at designated locations The customer's place in the apartment, regardless of the floor and the availability of an elevator.
Additionally, for specific locations* we offer limited delivery to the afternoon hours 16:00-20:00*
*service available only to addresses within a radius of approximately 25 km cities: Warsaw, Białystok, Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, Kraków, Lublin, Lubin, Łódź, Olsztyn, Piotrków Tryb., Poznań, Rzeszów, Sosnowiec, Szczecin, Wrocław.
In case of ordering a furniture set containing a bed and products from other categories, the Customer is responsible for the costs only the cost of delivering the bed.
